A thought-provoking day that will provide a fascinating insight into the significance of the emotional response to an experience, and the direct impact this has on business economics.

An emotional experience generally includes three components, a subjective experience, a physiological response and a behavioural or expressive response and, when an experience does more than get under our skin it can have a profound impact on the organisation delivering the experience as well as on people’s lives.

We will explore this thinking in a theoretical, practical, and experiential way through a series of engaging talks and workshops.
