Research Support
Researchers who are interested in collecting data across a number of BIAZA members can apply for BIAZA support. Successful applicants will receive a signed letter of support from the BIAZA Research Committee, encouraging BIAZA members to assist with the project wherever possible.
Zoos and aquariums are inundated with requests for assistance in a range of research projects. Staff time and resources are often very limited, so a BIAZA letter of research support will help BIAZA members identify projects which will advance scientific knowledge in the relevant field, and will be of greatest value to the animals in their care and the wider zoo and aquarium community.
