Monday 6^th July: Informal ice breaker at the Lexden Crown pub from 18:00. A limited menu will be available with options to cover dietary requirements (delegates are expected to purchase their own food and drink at the ice breaker event, limited parking is available).

Tuesday 7^th July: Day 1 of the conference starts at the Colchester Institute, followed by an afternoon and evening at the zoo (including the conference social evening for delegates who have purchased the separate ticket at registration). Coach transfer to/from the zoo will be arranged as part of standard conference registration, with the return journey from the zoo to the Institute planned for around 22:00.

Wednesday 8^th July: Day 2 of the conference takes place entirely at the Colchester Institute, with an expected conference end time of 17:00.
