BIAZA Terrestrial Invertebrate Working Group – 2026 Regional Workshops

The BIAZA Terrestrial Invertebrate Working Group is hosting aiming to host four one-day regional workshops throughout 2026, designed to bring together member institutions working in terrestrial invertebrate husbandry, management, and conservation.

These regional meetings provide an opportunity for professionals to:

  • Share recent achievements, best practice and research;
  • Discuss common challenges in invertebrate care, population management and conservation;
  • Explore collaborative approaches to conservation priorities;
  • Build stronger professional networks through face-to-face events;

The workshops aim to strengthen invertebrate expertise across the BIAZA community and support high standards of terrestrial invertebrate welfare, sustainability, and conservation.
