Experienced Large Carnivore Animal Ranger

We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated individual to join our Animal Ranger Team. As we launch phase two of our expansion.

Jimmy’s Farm & Wildlife Park built its foundations on the conservation of domestic British rare breeds in conjunction with the Rare Breeds Survival Trust.  We are proud to say we are nearly fully sustainable with the stock we breed onsite which is sold within our farm shop, butchery, and restaurant. We have big plans for the future with sustainability at our heart. 

You will be based on a mixed section of large Carnivores, A minimum of 2 years of experience in caring for carnivores is requierd for this role.

The successful candidate will be able to work well as part of a team, have the ability to use their initiative, display an interest in and commitment to animal welfare and conservation, and must possess strong communication skills.

A full driving licence is essential, with experience with farm machinery and driving a trailer desirable, but training will be given.

This job will be physically demanding and require you to have a high level of fitness.
