Sealife Adventure Zooquarium in Southend-on-Sea are looking to employ an Aquarium Displays Supervisor to join our team. We are flexible with the role title and salary based on previous roles and current ambitions. We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated person with plenty of Aquarium experience. As this role is also a leadership position the ability to take control and lead, coupled with good problem solving abilities are required. The ideal candidate should be able to aid and guide the team to uphold the company mission statement "Sealife Adventure aims to create a fun, educational environment of excellent value for everyone of all ages"
Displays Supervisor role:
The successful candidate will (after full training) be expected to work across the five sections of the site and assist in all areas relating to animal husbandry, primarily focussing on the Aquarium.
Required-
- 3 + years in aquarium LSS experience
- Aquarium husbandry experience
- Experience medicating animals
- Previous leadership experience in an Aquarium setting
- Being comfortable conversing with Vets
