This position is essential for the effective daily operation and management of bear sanctuaries within Laos, supporting local initiatives and advancing organizational goals in-country. The Operations Manager will collaborate closely with internal departments, local stakeholders, and on-ground teams to strengthen sanctuary operations, ensure exceptional animal care, and drive conservation outcomes within Laos.
