Full-time, Permanent Park Ranger

Noah's Ark Zoo Farm is looking to recruit a friendly, motivated individual to join our Visitor Operations team as a Park Ranger.

You'll thrive in a busy, customer-facing environment and help with the day-to-day running of our award-winning zoo.  We're looking for someone with a flair for outstanding customer service - enthusiastic, hands-on, and ready for a role where no two days are ever the same.

Key Responsibilities (include but are not limited to):

• Helping visitors enjoy their day by being friendly, approachable, and responsive to questions and queries.
• Keeping play areas clean, safe, and well-maintained.
• Carrying out general janitorial duties.
• Driving our tractor and trailer, providing commentary for visitors on board.
• Ensuruing the zoo grounds are clean, tidy, and welcoming.
• Working regularly in our Ticket Office and Welcome Team.

About You:

• Friendly, outgoing, and charismatic, with a passion for working outdoors and engaging with the public.
• Hold a full, current manual driving licence and be a confident driver.
• Have experience delivering excellent customer service in leisure, retail or hospitality.
• Maintain high cleaning and presentation standards.
• Be a reliable team player with a flexible, can-do attitude.

Work Pattern:

• Permanent, full-time role (5 days per week, including one weekend in three).
• Must be willing to fit into the existing staff rota.
• Immediate start - October 2025.
