Position: Visitor Services First Aid Officer (Part time hours/Seasonal)

Salary: £11.14ph

Location: London Zoo, Regents Park

Overview of the Role

The Visitor Operations Team at London Zoo are looking for patient & approachable people with a caring nature to join their close-knit & dedicated team on a part time, seasonal basis.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provision of visitor first aid during zoo operational hours/with support for events required ad-hoc
  • Reporting of all first aid incidents/near misses on site.
  • Interaction with members and paying visitors, providing excellent customer service
  • Supporting of operational teams where required with events and commercial activities

The ideal candidate will:

  • Have prior experience in dealing with first aid in an ever-changing environment.
  • Be a friendly individual with a can-do attitude that’s key for us here at London Zoo.
  • You will be a pro-active individual with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Have a recognised First Aid at Work qualification.
  • A full clean driving licence. 
  • All candidates will require a DBS check to be completed.
