Reporting to the Operations Manager the Animal Section Head will be responsible for leading a team of six F/T staff and typically two seasonal staff. They will have day to day responsibility of all aspects animal welfare and husbandry, the presentation of the collection and exhibits. They will work closely with the Operations Manager on more strategic issues including collection planning, breeding policy and ethics.
