Pre-requisites
- Must be an employee of a BIAZA member organisation.
- Must have institutional and financial support to carry out the role and attend meetings.
- Must be voted in by the BRecG Committee with support from the BIAZA Office.
Responsibilities
- Keep in regular contact with the Chair/Vice-Chair for updates.
- Attend the 2-3 Online BRecG Committee meetings every year, and the BRecG Annual Conference.
- Assist with the on-the-day organising of the annual conference along with the Chair/Vice-Chair and liaise with other committee members.
- Assist the Chair/Vice-Chair to support other BIAZA collections where advice is being sought, particularly of records involving their specialism.
- At the request of the Chair, assist with BIAZA’s records-related queries. Comment on official documentation including advice to or from DEFRA.
