BIAZA and our partner KEEP are trialling a new programme of education placements and exchanges, following the KEEP model for animal keeper exchanges.
One of the first trials is being hosted by Knowsley Safari:
Come and spend 2 days working with the Learning and Discovery Team at Knowsley Safari.
Join the schools team as they deliver workshops in one of our 3 purpose built classrooms or join them on tour of the safari on coaches and support the Engagement team as they deliver award winning wellbeing sessions or support SEND students develop job skills.
There may also be the opportunity to support on talks and guest engagement with the general public.
Ideal for someone starting out wanting to get a broad flavour of conservation education. We can also accommodate those who have a more specific interest, for example in our wellbeing programmes (subject to dates)
