Dudley Zoo and Castle are looking to recruit a Shop Manager to work as leader of our busy zoo admissions and retail team.
With a proven track record in retail sales, previous experience of day to day running of a busy shop or front of house of a visitor attraction is essential.
Extensive customer service and cash handling experience are key to this role. Knowledge of recruiting and managing large teams of staff is also required.
Microsoft Excel and Word is also essential.
Most importantly, the successful candidate will need to be highly motivated, flexible and enthusiastic with a passion for delivering good customer service and driving retail sales.
Successful candidates must be available to work bank holidays as required.
