We are seeking a customer-focused Assistant Admissions & Membership Manager to help lead our admissions and membership team, delivering an efficient operation and excellent guest experience.
You’ll engage with visitors across multiple channels, manage ticketing and bookings, and support the growth and retention of our membership scheme. This role suits someone with strong communication skills, a proactive approach, and a passion for customer service.
