We are seeking an experienced and motivated Curriculum Lead in Animal Management to join our team. This role is suited to someone with a related degree, teaching experience, strong leadership ability and a genuine passion for helping learners succeed. You will bring enthusiasm, independence and innovation, along with the ability to maintain professional boundaries and work effectively with young people.
In this position, you will lead the delivery and quality of Animal Management provision, coordinating teaching teams, overseeing assessment processes and ensuring high‑quality teaching, learning and student progress. Your responsibilities will include planning and delivering sessions, guiding staff, maintaining accurate records, contributing to curriculum development and working closely with vocational areas to secure the best possible outcomes for all learners.
You will also play an active role in marketing activities and College events, helping to promote the provision and support prospective students. The role requires a strong commitment to maintaining high standards and contributing positively to the learning environment.
